Derby Pie Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ / 175℃.
- Combine sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Add your melted butter and stir until combined.
- Then add the eggs and bourbon and stir until fully mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
- Pour the pie mixture into the pie shell.
- Place the pie on the center of the middle rack in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
