Derby Pie Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ / 175℃.
  2. Combine sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add your melted butter and stir until combined.
  4. Then add the eggs and bourbon and stir until fully mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
  6. Pour the pie mixture into the pie shell.
  7. Place the pie on the center of the middle rack in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
  8. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
